We are veteran owned and family operated. Serving BBQ, sandwiches, and hotdogs. We are open Wednesday through Saturday at 11-7 and have a tasty selection of BBQ and panini pressed sandwiches, chili dogs, slow cooked hot wings, black beans and yellow rice, coleslaw, potato salad, baked beans, and more. We are mainly a takeout BBQ joint but you can casually dine in on our back deck. Joe Mama's Wood Fired Kitchen is a second generation family and veteran owned restaurant. We opened in 2009 in Port St. Joe, which was the inspiration for the name. Our menu is centered around Artisan Wood Fired Pizzas. We are a scratch kitchen. Our dough is made daily from "OO" Italian flour and we use a natural yeast "levain" instead of commercial yeast to leaven our crust.
