The Franklin is a upscale casual dining experience with a southern flare located in the heart of Apalachicola inside the historic Gibson Inn. Welcoming all! We used to only be open for dinner but our hours have expanded tremendously. You can get a taste of The Franklin for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We offer indoor and outdoor seating.

Joe Mama's Wood Fired Kitchen is a second generation family and veteran owned restaurant. We opened in 2009 in Port St. Joe, which was the inspiration for the name. Our menu is centered around Artisan Wood Fired Pizzas. We are a scratch kitchen. Our dough is made daily from "OO" Italian flour and we use a natural yeast "levain" instead of commercial yeast to leaven our crust.
