Visit Franklin County’s most historic cemetery and meet some of its residents on Saturday October 29th, as the Apalachicola Area Historical Society invites you to”GHOST WALK 2016.” Tour the Chestnut cemetery on Avenue E in Apalachicola and meet some of Apalachicola’s earliest residents. Graves in this historic cemetery date back to Apalachicola’s founding in 1831. It’s “GHOST WALK 2016” on Saturday, October 29th from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the Chestnut Street Cemetery. Tickets sold at the Ave E. entrance on the night of the event. A donation of $5 is requested and will be used for cemetery restoration.Children under 12 get in free with a paying adult.
