Classic Movie Night at the Margaret Key Library

Classic Movie Night returns to the Apalachicola Library on Thursday, January 11th, at 6 PM with a screening of Billy Wilder’s masterpiece “Some Like it Hot” (1959), starring Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis, and Jack Lemmon. “Some Like it Hot” was voted the top comedy film of all time by the American Film Institute and remains as fresh and challenging today as when it first knocked out audiences in the 1950s. Join PALS–the Friends of the Apalachicola Library–for an evening of film laughs, mayhem, and lively commentary. Free admission and free popcorn. The library is located on the corner of US 98 and 12th Street in Apalachicola.
