This house has a screened private pool (heated for a fee), elevator, enclosed outdoor shower for easy beach cleanup, fish cleaning station, charcoal grill and tons of outdoor seating all with a 3 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen has an open floor plan and is fully stocked to cook for the whole family. There is a nice screened in dining area off the main living area and large outdoor deck off the lower bedroom level with a couch, chairs and a table great for hanging out. We have games for both kids and adults and an assortment of books and movies for both quiet and family time. It is located in a quiet area, only minutes to restaurants, shopping and the St. George Island light house.
